I used to be in the 5 or less healthy habits a day category.

Healthy habits weren’t apart of my thought process. Drink water? Lame. Go to bed on time? Sleep is for losers. Eat & drink healthy? Umm pizza is my middle name and beer is my last. Meditate? What the heck is that. Talk to myself better? Don’t be a whiney little B.

Guess what? That attitude and mindset got me nowhere… well actually it put me at rock bottom.

Not saying that is where you have to be to work with me, but I want you to know that you are worth the change you want to see in yourself. AND that in order to have the life you want… change needs to happen in multiple places and ways.

I recognized that the root causes of all my suffering and stress in life could easily be changed if I changed:

  • My surrounding environment (people, places & things).

  • My eating & drinking behaviors (going on 6 years sober now).

  • My daily movement.

  • How I sleep.

  • The way I talk to myself.

  • Even having faith in the universe.

I spent many years learning, becoming certified, practicing, applying, and evolving. I continue to do this every day. And I do this to not only better myself but to teach others, like you, that you are SO WORTHY of the change you want within yourself.

I want you to have all the healthy habits that you can’t decide what to wear on your 100th birthday.

As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I will help you reach your health goals. We will work together to apply proven tools and techniques to your unique situation and come up with solutions that will benefit you.

If you are already on a health journey and have knowledge, we will work to fine-tune your understanding and daily habits.

Plus with the experience I have and also holding the title of “Mom”, I can help you navigate your health journey if you are a busy parent too!

Ready to embark on your healthy journey? Whether you need a little guidance or daily accountability, there is a coaching option for you!

1 Session

A 45-Minute session In-Person or Zoom to get clarity on your health goals, daily habits, environmental factors, mindset, mobility and nutrition.


Also includes any materials that were talked about during a session, plus worksheets, e-books, or other materials needed to help you with your goals sent to you by email.

1 Month

(2) 45 Minute sessions a month.

Everything that is included in the 1 off session. Plus a weekly communication (text or email) for accountability.

3 Month

(2) 45 Minute sessions a month.

Everything that is included in the 1 off session. Plus a weekly communication (text or email) for accountability.

This is the best option to help you with your goals and instill the habits and behaviors you need in order to achieve your goals!

Note: All NEW clients must go through a 1 hour INTRO session. This intro session is to collect data, understand where you are currently at in life and to start to formulate a “game plan” on how to best achieve your goals!

Intro session rate is $85 for a 1-hour session that includes backend work before and after the session.
