WHAT IS KINESTHETIC STRETCHING?

The adjective kinesthetic comes from the noun kinesthesia, which means the sensory perception of movement. Kinesthesia happens when the brain gets feedback from muscles and ligaments about how the body is moving. Dancing is a kinesthetic art form.

Kinesthetic Stretching - Helping clients become aware and connected to their body while stretching to help improve flexibility, range of motion, decreased tension and help prevent injury.

I work with clients one-on-one to provide kinesthetic stretching by utilizing breath-work, proprioception, and deep stretching techniques.
